摘 要:以盆栽试验探讨了叶面喷洒10^(-3) GA_3或 CCC 溶液的东非狼尾草和非洲狗尾草刈割后 GA_3和 CCC 对两种牧草再生及再生草干物质生产性能的后效应。结果表明:东非狼尾草 GA_3处理区和 CCC 处理区再生分别劣于和优于对照区,其再生状况分别与根茬被消耗养分的再生利用率以及再生茎干物质重密切相关;非洲狗尾草 GA_3处理区和 CCC 处理区再生与对照区均无显著差异。再生草生长过程中,东非狼尾草 GA_3处理区相对生长率、净同化率和叶面积相对扩展率显著高于对照区,使其再生差得到补偿;东非狼尾草 CCC 处理区以及非洲狗尾草两处理区各生长参数与对照区差异均不显著。两种牧草 GA_3和 CCC 处理区株高和地上部干物质产量与对照区均无显著差异。GA_3和 CCC 处理对两种牧草再生草干物质生产性能无明显后效应。The after—effect of gibberellic acid (GA_3) and Cycocel (CCC) on regrowth and dry matter (DM) productivity of aftermath after cutting in Kikuyugrass (Pennisetum clandestinum cv.Whitet) and Setaria grass (Setaria anceps cv.Nandi),which were treated with foliar spray of 10^(-3)M GA_3 or CCC were studied in a pot trial.The results showed as follows. Compare with the control,the regrowth of Kikuyugrass in the treated plot with GA_3 was poorer,and better with CCC.The regrowth situation was closely related to regrowth—utilization ratio (dry weight of new leaves:reduction in dry weight of stubble plus root) and dry weight/tiller.The regrowth of Setaria grass had no significant difference between GA_3 or CCC treated plot and control. In the growth process of aftermath,the relative growth rate,net assimilation rate and relative leaf growth rate of.Kikuyugrass in GA_3 treated plot were significantly higher than those in control,and so they caused the poor regrowth to be compensated in DM production of aftermath.The difference of the growth parameters between control and GA_3 or CCC in Setaria grass was not significant.The plant height and herbage DM yield in GA_3 and CCC treated plot both grasses had not significant difference to control. GA_3 and CCC application had no obvious after—effect on the productivity of aftermath in either grasses.
