摘　　要：The interaction of ruthenated porphyrin [Ru(bpy) 2(MPyTPP)Cl] + with CT-DNA was investigated with UV-Vis and fluorescent spectrum. It is found that [Ru(bpy) 2(MPyTPP)Cl] + binds to CT-DNA with a high affinity.The interaction of ruthenated porphyrin [Ru(bpy) 2(MPyTPP)Cl] + with CT-DNA was investigated with UV-Vis and fluorescent spectrum.
