纳米xBaO·(0.35-x)Nd_2O_3·0.65TiO_2复合金属氧化物陶瓷的制备与介电性能

摘　　要：用柠檬酸盐法合成出组成为xBaO·( 0 35 x)Nd2 O3 ·0 6 5TiO2 复合氧化物 ,采用DTA TG ,IR ,XRD ,TEM进行物性表征。实验结果表明 :该复合氧化物的形成温度为 80 0℃ ,平均粒径为 30nm。在富TiO2 区 ,BaO/Nd2 O3 ≤0 4时 ,成瓷温度较宽 ( 1 2 80～ 1 36 0℃ ) 。Complex oxide xBaO·(0.35-x)Nd 2O 3·0.65TiO 2 was prepared with technic citrate in this paper.Its physical and interfacial properties were tested by using DTA-TG,IR,XRD and TEM.The results show that the complex oxide is formed at 800℃,the particle average diameter is 30nm.In rich-TiO 2 area,the formed ceramics have a wide range of temperature (1280～1360℃)and excellent dielectric properties when BaO/Nd 2O 3≤0.4.
