锦2-4-05侧钻井工具浅析

摘　　要：锦 2 - 4- 0 5侧钻井是一口 16 8 2 75mm (6 英寸 )套管开窗侧钻井 ,因在原井套管6 18m处发生严重变形 ,用 14 6mm通径规和铣锥均不能通过 ,据此研制了YD— 133导斜器、 14 0mm钻铰式铣锥和双胶塞碰压式悬挂器等小尺寸开窗工具。这 3种侧钻工具从室内研究、试验到现场应用均获得成功。但在选用开窗工具时应注意 :非常规套管开窗应尽量选用性能好的开窗工具 ;套管开窗应尽量选用与其内径接近的开窗工具 ;To solve the problem of casing distortion in side tracking of Jin 2-4-05 well, some casing window cutting tools, such as Model YD-133 whipstock, drilling-reaming mill and double rubber plug hydraulic hanger, are developed. Casing window cutting technology using these tools is described and some suggestions for selecting tools are given.
