摘　　要：21世纪乃海洋世纪 ,发展海洋科技与高技术装备尤为重要。现文论述了我国海洋石油技术装备的现状 。It is important to develop offshore petroleum technological equipment in 21 st century .The paper presents developing status of offshore petroleum equipments in China, and points out developing trends and steps to manufacturing offshore petroleum equipments in China.
