摘　　要：合成了间苯二胺 (MPDA ) -丁基缩水甘油醚 (BGE)加成物 ,MPDA与BGE的最佳量比为 1∶1.2。该预聚物与低分子聚酰胺、酚醛环氧树脂、双酚F环氧树脂、液体羧基丁腈橡胶、促进剂、稀释剂、填料等复配的快固玻璃钢胶粘剂 (HT - 88) ,在室温下的适用期为 30～ 4 0min ,6 0℃的凝胶时间为 10min ,玻璃化温度 16 0℃ ,粘接不饱和聚酯玻璃钢的剪切强度为 5～ 7MPa。The addition prepolymer was prepared from metaphenylene diamine (MPDA) and butyl glycidol ether(BGE),and the mole ratio of MPDA and BGE was 1∶1.2.The fast setting adhesive(HT-88)for GFRP was compounded from the prepolymer,low molecular polyamide,phenol aldehyde epoxy resin,bisphenol F type epoxy resin,liquid carboxylated butadieneacrylonitrile rubber,promotor,diluent and fillers.Its pot life,gelling time (at 60 ℃),glass transition temperature and shearing strength for bonding the unsaturated polyester GFRP are 30～40 min,10 min,160 ℃ and 5～ 7 MPa,respectively.
