喜树翅果总黄酮水提取工艺研究

摘　　要：不同的条件下对喜树翅果总黄酮含量的提取结果表明:溶剂体积、提取时间和提取温度对总黄酮提取量都有不同程度的影响。通过正交试验得出喜树翅果总黄酮提取最佳条件是(以1g喜树翅果为基准):溶剂体积为40mL,提取时间为60min,提取温度为90～100℃。Results of extracting flavonoid compounds from Camptotheca acuminata samara under different conditions show that solvent volume,extracting time and temperature all affect the amount of total extracted flavone.The best conditions of extracting flavonoid compounds from 1 g samara are:solvent 40 mL,extracting time 60 min and extracting temperature 90-100 ℃.
