血尿酸浓度、血脂异常与冠心病、高血压病相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血尿酸浓度、血脂异常与高血压病和冠心病的相关性。方法 :回顾性分析冠心病 (47例 )、高血压病 (5 4例 )、冠心病合并高血压病 (5 1例 )和正常对照组 (5 0例 )的血脂和血尿酸浓度。结果 :三组患者的TG、TC、LDL C和血尿酸浓度高于正常对照组 ,而HDL C低于正常对照组 ,三组间血脂异常所占的百分比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,高尿酸血症在冠心病组、高血压病组、冠心病并高血压病组分别为 4 3%、 33%、 4 3% ,三组中无显著性差异 ,且尿酸浓度升高在冠心病组比高血压病组明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但是在冠心病组内女性尿酸升高百分比高于男性(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :高尿酸血症与血脂异常可能是冠心病的危险因素之一 ,冠心病患者的血脂异常比高血压病患者明显 ,且冠心病患者尿酸代谢异常女性比男性明显。Objective: To explore the correlation of concentration of blood urinary acid with abnormalitily of blood lipid hypertension and coronary heart disease Methods: We retrospectively analysized concentration of blood urinary acid and blood lipid of patients with hypertension( n =47),Coronary heart disease( n =54),hypertension incombinant with coronary heart disease( n =51),control group( n =50),respectively Results: The concentration of TG,TC,LDL C and UA of all patient group was higher than control group( P <0 05),and the concentration of HDL C was lower than control group( P <0 05) The level of blood lipid was not different in control group and patient group The level of blood urinary acid in coronary heart disease patients than hypertension patients( P <0 05) The percentage of number of three patient groups with high concentration of blood urinary acid of TG,TC,LDL C),lower concentration of HDL C was not different( P <0 05) The percentage of hyperuricemia in hypertension group,coronary heart disease group and hypertensin incombinant with coronary heart disease group was 43%,33%,34%,respectively,and there was not greatly different in three group The concentration in coronary heart disease group was higher than in hypertensiongroup Blood urinary acid of female patients increased greatly compared with male patients in coronary heart disease group( P <0 05) Conclusion: Hyperuricemia and abnormalitily of lipid might be one of risk factors of coronary heart disease Blood lipid of coronary heart disease patients was abnormal greatly compared with hypertension patients As to the urinary acid metabolism of coronary heart disease patients,female was more obviously abnormal than male
