联合应用尿激酶及复方丹参液治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用尿激酶及复方丹参注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的临床效果。方法:60例确诊的UAP随机分为两组。对照组30例接受改善心肌缺血药物、阿司匹林及静脉应用肝素钠治疗;治疗组30例在上述治疗基础上加用尿激酶及复方丹参液静滴。结果:对照组总有效率56.6％;治疗组总有效率90.0％。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:联合应用小剂量、延长疗程的尿激酶溶栓疗法及复方丹参液治疗UAP安全、有效。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of urokinase (UK)and Fufangdanshen injection in unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods: All 60 UAP patients were randomly assigned into two groups: 30 patients(control group)were treated with medicine of alleviating ischemia, aspirin and heparin natrium intravenous drip: in addition to the above treatment, another 30 patients(UK group)were given UK intravenous drip, and Fufangdanshen injection. ResultS:For the control group, the total effective rate was 56.6% : for the UK group,the total effective rates was 90%(P<0.001). Conclusion: Small dose and long course of UK embolism dissolution therapy and Fufangdanshen injection is an effective and safe combination in the treatment of UAP.
