摘　　要：目的:探讨十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1990～2001年收治的17例十二指肠损伤的临床资料。结果:13例术前得到确诊或疑诊。16例治愈,1例死亡。结论:上腹部外伤时重视十二指肠损伤的可能可减少漏诊。反复腹腔穿刺和B超检查有助于早期诊断。Objective: To investigate the management and diagnosis of duodenum injury in the earlier period. Methods: The clinical data of 17 cases with duodenum injury from 1990 to 2001 were retrospectively studied. Results: 13 cases were final diagnosis or suspected before operation. 16 cases were cured and one died. Conclusion: It may reduce missed diagnosis that when upper abdomen was injured duodenum injury. Was paid attention to Repeat paracentesis and B ultrasound examination may help to make diagnosis in the earlier period.
