摘 要:分析了新疆阿克苏河流域自然环境中第四纪沉积物、土壤、地表水和地下水等自然环境要素中氟元素的分布规律,并运用相关分析、回归分析及R 型系统聚类分析等方法,研究了地方性氟中毒发病率与生活饮用水中氟元素和其它水化学成分之间的相互关系,在此基础上建立了氟中毒区生活饮用水中氟元素与其它水化学成分的多元回归模拟模型.研究总结出了该区域地方性氟中毒发病率的主导病原因子以及水体中各水化学成分及其化学性质对氟中毒病因的影响机理.This paper analyses the distributive law of fluoride element in natural environmental elements, such as quaternary sediment, soil, surface water and ground water, etc., in natural environment of Aksu river basin, and researches the mutual relations between morbidity of endemic fluorosis and fluoric element and other chemical components in potable water of life by related analyses regressive analyses and the Rclustering analyses of system, etc. Onthe basis of this, the simulated model of multivariable linear regression between the fluoride element and the other chemical components in potable water of life in fluorosis region are built. Meanwhile, the author also reveals the dominant pathogenetic factors of morbidity of endemic fluorosis in the region, and expounds the affected mechanism of fluorosis pathogen caused by chemical components and their chemical characters in the water. The achievement of scientific research can be used to provide reliably scientific bases for the pathogeny research and pathological treatment of endemic fluorosis caused by drinking fluoric water.
