银中杨茎的组织培养及快速无性繁殖

摘　　要：以银中杨幼茎为材料 ,经表面消毒后 ,接种于培养基上 ,5周左右形成丛芽 ,3周后转至生根培养基上 ,又经 2周长出完整根系 ,形成再生植株 .The Yong stems from populus albaxp. berolinensis vere used as enplant materal and cultured on growtn media. The results showed that the clump shoots grew on tne surface of explants after 5 weeks of inoculation. After growing for 3 weeks, they were transferrred on the root inducing media. Every shoots grew a number of roots and developed into a complete plant.
