摘  要:以 2 巯基吡啶及它的衍生物 3 甲基 2 巯基吡啶为配体 ,合成了两个结构类似的单核镉配合物Cd(2 SC5H4 NH) 2 I2 和Cd(2 SC5H3NH 3 CH3) 2 I2 ,并用X射线单晶衍射法测定了晶体结构 .The title complexs,Cd(2 SC 5H 4NH) 2I 2 and Cd(2 SC 5H 3NH 3 CH 3) 2I 2,were synthesized through the reaction of CdI 2 with pyridine 2 thiol and 3 methyl pyridine 2 thiol in methanol.They were characterized by X ray diffraction analysis.The crystal of compound 1 belongs to orthorhomic system,with space group Fdd2, a =1 344?8(3)nm, b =2 989?7(6)nm, c =0 805?0(2)nm, V =3 236 5nm ~3, D c=2 416?g/cm ~3, Z =8.The final R is 0 030?7 for 774 unique reflections.The crystal of compound 2 belongs to triclinic system,with space group P 1 , a =1 016?4(2)nm, b =1 178?7(2)nm, c =0 818?4(3)nm, α =90 88(3)°, β =196 54(3)°, γ =72 60(3)°, V =0 894?3(3), D c=2 290?g/cm ~3, Z =2.The final R is 0 027?3 for 3?144 unique reflections.In the two mononuclear complexes,the metal atom is coordinated with two I atoms and two S atoms in the neutral thione form.The molecular structure consists of discrete neutral mononuclear units with the Cd center in distorted tetrahedral[CdI 2S 2] environments.Each Cd atom is coordinated by twoterminal I atoms and a sulphur donor atom from pyridine 2 thiol and 3 methyl pyridine 2 thiol ligands.
