摘  要:提出了渐变型多孔介质(GVPM)中燃烧的设想,使多孔介质中流动及传热特性与燃烧规律相匹配,实现高效燃烧和低污染物排放的结合.对天然气在渐变孔径的多孔介质中预混燃烧进行了试验,得出了燃烧室温度分布和污染物排放结果,并与两种单孔径的均匀型多孔介质(HPM)中燃烧结果进行了对比.试验结果表明,渐变孔径的多孔介质燃烧器可以使燃烧室温度分布更加均匀,燃烧更加稳定,对于当量比的变化有更大的调节范围,CO和NOx等污染物排放更低.渐变型多孔介质结合了不同孔径的均匀型多孔介质的流动及传热特性,对燃烧室上下游热量分布进行合理调配,使得最高燃烧温度有所降低;由于孔径的变化,使火焰的稳定性增强.A novel porous media structure named graduallyvaried porous media (GVPM), was put forward to burn a premixed natural gas. This special design benefits the hydrodynamics and heat transfer of homogeneous porous media (HPM) for different pores and distributes well the generated heat along the combustor. Due to its hydrodynamics, heat transfer and combustion characteristics, the premixed gaseous fuel burns at high efficiency and low emissions in GVPM. Temperature profiles and combustion outcomes in a GVPM combustor were investigated experimentally and compared with those in two HPM burners. Testing results show that the GVPM combustor has more steady flames, more uniform temperature distributions, much wider,change range of equivalence ratio, and much lower CO and NOX emission level, compared to the HPM combustor.
