摘 要:从预应力轧机产生高刚度的力学本质分析出发,导出预应力轧机的预载荷P0max确定方法和轧制力P的许可作用范围。前者可以指导预应力轧机发挥最大工作潜能,后者可为预应力轧机的可靠、高效工作提供依据。揭示轧机组件的刚度系数对预载荷与轧制力关系的影响。The paper leads out a method of the determination Pomax called preformative load of the prestressed mill,and a allowable acting range of the roll-loading P,called later load,through the analysis of the mechanics essential for the high severity which is produced on the prestressed mill. The former result can get the promote to make full use of the big more energy and later result can give the lasis of the reliability and the high potency for the mill. The same time, the paper shows the influence of the severity coefficient of the mill components on the relationship of the first and later load, too.
