摘　　要：从业余乒乓球比赛一般规律出发研究和总结出 :克敌之计 ,克已为上 ;抓住破绽 ,自如应对 ;控制节奏 ,以我为主 ;技术全能 。The author, based on over 20 years' experience of his playing amateur table tennis match and on his studies of the general rules governing the competition,proposes four tricks of winning victory:exercising restraint before taking the offensive,calm and unhurried in attacking the vulnerability of the opponent,having the tempo of competition at your disposal,and developing skills and abilities in an all round way.
