裂叶荆芥芥穗黄酮及两种单萜成分研究

摘　　要：　对裂叶荆芥芥穗化学成分进行了研究.从70%乙醇提取物中首次分得4个黄酮和2个单萜类化合物单体,经化学和光谱学分析,它们分别为:5,7-二羟基-4,6-二甲氧基黄酮、木犀草素-7-氧-葡萄糖甙、3′-羟基-4′,6,8-三甲氧基二氢黄酮-7-氧-芸香糖甙、5-甲基-3′-羟基-4′,6-二甲氧基二氢黄酮-7-氧-芸香糖甙、脱氢枞油烯和荆芥内酯.所有化合物均为首次从该科植物中获得.Study on the chemical constituents of the ear of Schizonepeta mulifida(L.)Briq.Four flavone and two nonoterpene components were isolated from the extractive of 70% alcohol by reflux.They were identified as 5,7-dihydroxy1-4′,6-dimethoxy flavone,Luteolin-7-O-glucose,3′-hydroxy1-4′,6,8-trimethoxy dihydroflavone-7-O-rutinose,5-methy1-3′-hydroxy1-4′,6-dimethoxy dihydroflavone-7-O-rutinose,dehydrosylvestrene and schizonepetolactone.All compounds were isolated from the title plant for the first time.
