摘　　要：运用弹塑性力学原理 ,提出了不锈钢球壳冲压成形过程的力学模型 ,给出了非线性有限元法的数值模拟计算方法。研究结果对不锈钢球壳冲压成形的全过程实现了数值模拟 ,对成形过程中的一些关键参数和过去只能用经验确定的参数做了定量计算 ,为不锈钢球壳的冲压模具设计和工艺参数确定提供了科学依据 。The paper is to study the mechanistic model of stainless steel spherical shell punch press forming processes and the simulating calculation of non linear finite element method with the elastic plastic mechanistic theory. The research result indicates that the simultation of the whole process of stainless steel sphecial shell punch press forming is carried out; some key parameters during the forming process,especially those which can only be determined by experience,are calculated quantitatively.The results provide scientific basis for the die design of the stainless steel spherical shell punch press forming and the determination of the technological parameters.The results also provide an effective approach of the simulation of planking punch press forming processes.
