摘　　要：面对采矿给水环境造成的水质污染、水土流失、地面沉降等诸多危害,提出开发矿业必须树立资源安全的思想,实施清洁生产的策略;高校应围绕可持续发展战略展开教学和科研活动;环境教育应贯穿于人的终身;各级政府应加强环境法规的制定及其执行力度。In the face of the contaminated water , soil erosion , ground decline caused by mining, it is required to develop an idea that mining should be done on the basis of safe resources and non-polluting production. The paper argues that the college should cany out scientific researches into the strategies of sustainable development.
