摘 要:目的 :观察癫患者应用托吡酯单药治疗后 ,脑电背景活动及发作间歇期样放电的变化。方法 :对 42例癫患者给予托吡酯单药治疗 ,比较用药前和用药后 3个月时的脑电背景活动和发作间期样放电的变化及其与临床疗效的关系。结果 :用药 3个月时EEG的θ频段相对功率显著增加(P <0 0 5 ) ,α频段、δ频段、β频段相对功率改变不大 ;4例发作间期的样放电消失 ,6例明显减少 ,但样放电的改变与临床疗效无明显相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :托吡酯可使脑电背景活动中θ频段相对功率显著增加 ,发作间期的样放电减少 。Objective: To observe the changes of EEG background activities and interictal epileptiform discharges in epileptic patients after administration of topiramate (TPM).Methods: 42 patients with epilepsy were treated with only topiramate .The EEG background activity and interictal epileptiform discharges before taking topiramate were compared with those 3 months after administration of topiramate.The relation between the EEG changes and the therapeutic effects of topiramate was studied.Results : Significant increase of the relative power of θ band(P<0.05),was observed but no significant changes of the relative power of α,β and δ bands were noted 3 monthes after topiramate .The interictal epileptiform discharges vanished in 4 patients and decreased obviously in 6 ones.No significant correlation between the changes of epileptiform discharges and the therapeutic effects were found (P>0.05).Conclusion : Topiramate could increase the relative power of θ band in EEG background ,and could decrease the interical epileptiform discharges .But ,there might be not positive correlation between the changes of epileptiform discharges and the clinical therapeutic effects of topiramate.
