摘　　要：目的 :探讨正常人不同部位皮肤的温度觉阈值的差异性。方法 :对 60例正常人进行大鱼际肌、食指、脚背皮肤的冷觉、热觉、冷痛觉、热痛觉神经定量感觉测试 (QST)并进行比较分析。结果 :在冷觉、热觉、热痛觉方面大鱼际肌的感觉比脚更加敏感 ,而冷痛觉则无明显差异 ;大鱼际肌皮肤温度觉比食指皮肤更敏感。结论 :人体不同部位皮肤的温度觉存在差异性 。Objective:To explore the thermesthesia threshold difference of different skin sites in normal subjects.Methods:The cold,warm sensation,cold pain sensation and heat pain sensation,the themar eminence(TE),Hand palnar index,dorsum of the foot(DF) were determined by quantitative sensory testing in 60 normal subjects,and the results were compared with each other.Results:TE was more sensitive to cold,warm and heat pain sensation than DF,but equally sensitive to cold pain.TE was more sensitive to thermeshesia than index finger.Conclusion:There might be thermesthesia threshold difference in different skin sites of normal subjects,but no significant difference might be observed in the bilateral same skin site.
