摘　　要：采用内镜直视覆膜支架置入术治疗巨大食管瘘、高位食管瘘、吻合口胃侧瘘、肺癌致气管食管瘘、纵隔瘘并严重感染等难治性食管瘘 2 3例。共置入覆膜支架 2 4枚 ,置管成功率 10 0 % ;食管瘘全部闭合 ,患者生活质量明显改善 ,并延长了生存期。认为内镜直视下置入覆膜支架治疗难治性食管瘘安全、简便、有效 ;支架选择应个体化 。cases with the big esophageal fistula,the high position fistula,anastomotic stoma lateral gastric fistula,gastro esophageal fistula caused by lung cancer and mediastinal fistula with serious inffection were treated by tectorial membrane alloy in endoscopic direct division The successful rate was 100% The patients living quality was improved This suggests that the treatment is simple,safe and effictive for the difficult fistulas The tectorial membrane alloy should be idividual The procedure should be selected according to different condition
