摘　　要：东风EQ1092汽车在使用中多次反复发生飞轮壳破裂现象,其主要原因:一是曲轴—飞轮—离合器组件不平衡量超差;二是传动轴不平衡量超差;三是飞轮壳与缸体联接失效;四是变速器第一轴、第二轴后轴承松动造成变速器传动失衡。另外,介绍了飞轮壳破损后的修理方法。DONGFENG EQ1092repeatedly goes wrong with flying wheel breaking down in use.The main reasons are:firstly,unbalance of the crankshaft,flying wheel and clutch set is out-of-true;sencondly,unbalance of the propelling shafts is out-of-true;thirdly,connection between flying wheel housing and cylinder block is invalid;fourthly,loosening of rear bearings of the input shaft and output shaft results in transmission's driving unbalance.In adition,the repair method of breaking-down flying wheel housing is introduced.T
