摘　　要：保险费是保险人的收入来源,支付保费是投保人的基本义务。我国《保险法》、《海商法》等均对此做出了不少规定,但在立法及现实操作中还存在不少疑点。The premium is the income of an insurer. It is the obligation of every policyholder to pay the premium. Documents,such as Maritime Code of the People抯 Republic of China,Insurance Law of the People抯 Republic of China,etc have made stipulations on this issue. However,there are still a few doubts in legislation and practice.
