摘　　要：从干散货运输市场的形态和规律,论述干散货运输市场的特点;从船型、船队结构和船龄分析干散货船型,船队发展趋势;对干散货市场的重心转移分析,提供了目标市场的选择。根据上述情况,提出经营策略建议。This paper, based on the actuality and regulation, summarizes the characteristics of bulk freight market,and analyzes the model and age of bulk carrier, the development trend of fleet building. The analysis on the shift of barycenter of bulk market brings forward some proposals on the selection of the target market and the business strategy.
