摘　　要：笔者通过自身的工作实践,客观地总结了佳市图书馆十几年来现代化建设工作的经验教训,并根据我省现状,理论联系实际,就如何解决图书馆现代化建设发展中存在的共性问题做了科学的阐述。In this paper the author according to her own working experience objectively summarized the success and the lesson through the more than ten years modernizing foundation of Jiamusi library, andaccording to the situation in our province, on the principle that theory must obey the practicality, told usa way how to deal with the widely universal problem that lies in every library that is on the way ofmodernizing foundation.
