摘　　要：阐述了电子教学指定参考资料系统建设的背景、内容及现实意义,以引起国内高校图书馆对电子教学指定参考资料系统建设的重视,并对其建设进行了探讨。The paper discusses issues concerning the electronic reserves system development.It tackles with the significance andbackground of the E-reserves system development ,the difference between the E-reserves system and the traditional reserves serviceand introduces several commercial software of E-reserves system.
