摘　　要：考证了图书馆的演进与发展 ,指出传统图书馆正面临着大转型 ,在这一转型过程中 ,管理、服务理念更新 ,掌握现代信息技术 ,实现对传统的扬弃是必由之路 ,传统与现代的互补发展是前途所在。The auther delves the evolution and development of library in this paper, and points out that traditional libraries are facing the great changes. It's a essential way to renovate the ideas of management and service, master the modern information technology, as well as adopt the advantages and abandon the weaknesses of trandition.
