摘　　要：新世纪伊始 ,我国加入WTO ,图书馆外文资源建设迎来了前所未有的机遇 ,网络环境赋予外文资源建设新的特色。文章就图书馆如何搞好外文资源建设进行了探讨。Just in the new century, China's accession to the WTO offers a golden opportunity for the foreign language resource construction of library. The network environment gives it new characteristics. This thesis discusses how library can get well the foreign language resource construction in new century.
