摘　　要：在对 1 0 0多篇有代表性的有关CIP工作的论文综合分析的基础上 ,从四大方面 ,即我国实施CIP的作用和意义、CIP在国内外的发展历程、CIP工作中存在的问题及原因、改进和完善CIP工作的方法与对策 ,对我国的CIP研究进行了概括和总结。Based on analyzing more than one hundred representative articles,the thesis summarizes the research about CIP in China from four aspects, namely the function and significance of practicing CIP,the development process of CIP in the domestic and abroad,the problems and reasons of CIP and the methods and countermeasure of improvement on CIP.
