摘　　要：目的　探讨乳腺显像装置对99Tcm 甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)乳腺显像诊断乳腺肿块的价值。方法　多医疗中心采用广东省人民医院设计的乳腺显像装置行99Tcm MIBI乳腺显像 ,采用特殊俯卧位检查。 72 1例受检者99Tcm MIBI乳腺显像结果均与病理检查资料对照。其中行B超检查 13 7例 ,红外线检查 86例 ,针吸细胞学检查 112例。结果　99Tcm MIBI乳腺显像、B超、红外线检查、针吸细胞学检查对乳腺肿块诊断的灵敏度分别为 92 .2 8%、75 .44 %、69.44 %、80 .90 % ,特异性分别为87 0 7%、75 .0 0 %、5 4.0 0 %、10 0 %。结论　应用该显像装置的99Tcm MIBI乳腺显像对诊断乳腺肿块有较高的灵敏度和特异性。Objective To boost the detection of breast cancer using ~ (99)Tc^m-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) imaging with a special breast imaging device. Methods Polycentre study used self-designed imaging device for the MIBI breast imaging in 721 breast nodule patients, and part of the patients were examined by other three techniques, B-ultrasonic, ultra-redscanning or fine-needle aspiration cytology simultaneously. The result was compared with the pathological findings. Results The sensitivity and specificity of the four techniques were 92 28%,75 44%,69.44%,80.90% and 87.07%,75.00%,54.00%,100%. Conclusion Using a special breast imaging device, ~ 99Tc^m-MIBI imaging can offer satisfying results for the identification of breast malignancy.
