摘　　要：把脾气虚证置于糖尿病的疾病背景下 ,运用祖国医学“亢害承制”和现代医学“内环境稳态”的理论 ,对糖尿病时脾气虚证的病理生理意义进行了理论探讨 ,认为DM时脾气虚证是机体在抵御疾病时自组织的结果 。Using the traditional theory'kanghaichengzhi' and modern theory 'self constitution',the author discussed the entity of spleen qi deficiency syndrome when happened in diabetes mellitus.The author concluded that spleen qi deficiency syndrome is an outcome of the struggle between the body and the etiological factor,on some degree,the spleen qi deficiency syndrome has some benefit to the diabetes patients.
