紫癜合剂治疗慢性ITP临床疗效观察

摘　　要：观察紫癜合剂治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效。治疗组 4 0例中显效 4例 ,有效 18例 ,进步16例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 95 %。设西药 (强的松 )对照组 2 6例中显效 3例 ,有效 14例 ,进步 8例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 92 4 %。两组比较 ,中药组疗效优于对照组 ,而且中药组无副作用及不良反应。Sixty six with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were randomly divided into group ( n =40) treated with purpura mixture,and control group ( n =26) treated with western medications (prednisone).Curative effects showed,in the treatment,marked effect in 8 cases,good effected in 25 cases,improvement in 9 cases,and ineffectiveness in 3 cases,and total effective rate being 95%;while in control group,marked effect in 8 cases,good effected in 25 cases,improvement in 9 cases,and ineffectiveness in 3 cases,and total effective rate being 92 4%.In comparison between two groups,the therapeutic effect was better in Chinese herbal group than in the medication group,no side effect and bad reaction from Chinese herbal medicine.
