丹蒲胶囊对慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液IL-2、IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察丹蒲胶囊对慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液IL 2、IL 6水平的影响。方法 :分别用丹蒲胶囊 (治疗组 72例 )和前列泰片 (对照组 2 0例 )治疗慢性前列腺炎患者 ,采用ELISA法测定两组患者治疗前后前列腺液IL 2、IL 6水平变化。结果 :治疗前两组IL 2、IL 6水平均高于健康人 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后治疗组患者前列腺液IL 2、IL 6水平较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组IL 2治疗后较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但IL 6治疗前后差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :丹蒲胶囊对慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液IL 2、ILObjective: To observe the effect of Danpu Capsule (DPC) on IL 2 and IL 6 levels in prostatic fluid in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods: Patients of chronic prostatitis were treated with DPC (n=72) and Qianlietai Tablet (n=20) respectively. The changes of IL 2 and IL 6 in patients were determined by ELISA. Results: Both the levels of IL 2 and IL 6 were higher in patients than those in healthy persons (P<0 01), and the levels lowered significantly after treatment of DPC (P<0 01 and P<0 05), while in the group treated with Qianlietai, IL 2 lowered significantly after treatment (P<0 05) but IL 6 didn′t lower. Conclusion: DPC shows obvious effect in lowering IL 2 and IL 6 levels in patients with chronic prostatitis.
