摘  要:目的 :探讨抑颤汤治疗帕金森病 (Parkinson′sdisease ,PD)的作用机理。方法 :建立PD大鼠模型 ,设立正常组 (给等量生理盐水 )、模型组 (给等量生理盐水 )、抑颤汤组 (给抑颤汤 1 7~ 1 8g/只 ) ,分别每天灌胃 1次 ,连续 8周 ;并观察PD大鼠行为特征及脑黑质细胞形态学变化。结果 :与模型组比较 ,抑颤汤组大鼠治疗后旋转次数明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ;脑黑质细胞数明显增多 ,神经元体积较饱满 ,结构较清晰 ,细胞内高尔基体、线粒体等趋于正常。结论 :抑颤汤能明显改善PD模型大鼠的旋转行为 ,促进受损脑黑质细胞修复 。Objective: To explore the mechanism of therapeutic effect of Yichan Decoction (YCD) in treating Parkinson′s disease (PD). Methods: A PD model was established. A normal control group, a model group and a YCD group were set up to observe changes of rats′ behavior pattern and cell morphorlogy of cerebral black substance. Results: Compared with the model group, obviously more cells of black substance were found in the YCD group, with the neurons full in volume and clear in structure, and the intracellular Golgi complex and mitochondria close to be normal. YCD can also significantly improve the rotation behavior of the PD model rats (P<0 01). Conclusion: YCD can facilitate the repair of injured cerebral black substance cells. Results of this study provide an experimental basis for clinical treatment of PD with YCD.
