单纯外踝骨折手术和非手术治疗临床效果比较

摘　　要：为探讨单纯的外踝骨折的手术和非手术治疗效果。回顾分析了 80例有移位的单纯外踝骨折的病历资料 ,手术组 2 3例 ,其中螺纹钉固定 13例、克氏针张力带固定 6例、钢板固定 4例。非手术组 5 7例 ,其中管形石膏固定 4 0例 ,“U”形石膏固定 17例。对其治疗结果进行统计对比。结果手术组优良率 82 .6 % ,非手术组优良率 87.7% ,两组经卡方检验和确切概率计算检验无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。表明单纯的外踝骨折宜行非手术治疗。Objective: To study the effects of simple lateral malleolus fracture with operation and without operation. Methods: Eighty patients were divided into operative group(23 cases) and nonoperative group(57 cases). The operative group was treated with internal fixation and nonoperative group were treated with plaster external fixation. All the cases were followed up for average 3.5 years. Results: The excellent and good rate was 82.6% in operative group and 87% in nonoperative group. there was significant difference in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Simple lateral malleolus fracture treated without operation can gain satisfactory effects.
