综合性心理治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用综合性心理治疗的方法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 :研究组在常规药物的基础上 ,采用生物反馈 ,自我放松训练等综合性的心理治疗。观察其与单纯药物治疗的临床疗效和生活质量状况 ,结果 :合并用综合性心理治疗方法后 ,慢性荨麻疹的症状明显改善 ,生活质量明显提高。结论objective: To study the effect of chronic urticaria treated with synthetic psychological therapy Methods: Based on the routine drug therapy,the treatment groups were treated with biofeedback,self relaxation training,while the control ones were given only drug,and finally the therapuetic effect and living quality were observed respectively Results: The treatment enhanced the effecience and improved the living quantity Conclusion: Synthetic psychological therapy on chronic urticaria could enhance the therapuetic effect and improve living quality
