中老年健康人及糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平调查

摘　　要：目的　了解中老年健康人血浆同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)水平及糖尿病患者血浆Hcy水平的变化。 方法　用酶免疫法对 6 35名中老年健康人及 30 3例中老年糖尿病患者进行血浆Hcy测定。 结果　 6 35名中老年健康人除≥ 90岁组 (10人 )外 ,血浆Hcy平均水平随年龄略有增高 ,所有结果的 95 %上限为 2 0 .2 μmol/L ,99%上限为2 8.6 μmol/L ;与国外报道相似。在糖尿病患者的 6 0～ 75岁组中 ,与同年龄健康人组相比 ,单纯糖尿病患者超出95 %上限 2 0 μmol/L水平的比例与健康人相似 ,而伴有高血压、冠心病的糖尿病患者组中 ,超出 2 0 μmol/L水平的比例近 2 0 %。结论　对中老年糖尿病患者进行血浆Hcy的检测对患者预后估计有好处 ,也反映了Hcy水平与冠心病有一定关系。Objective To investigate the plasma homocystein(Hcy) level in healthy persons and the changes of plasma Hcy in diabetic patients of middle and old ages. Methods Plasma Hcy concentrations of 635 healthy persons and 303 diabetic patients were measured using enzyme immunoassay method. Results The mean level of plasma Hcy of healthy persons increased slightly with age. The 95% and 99% limits were 20.2 μmol/L and 28.6 μmol/L respectively. The plasma Hcy levels of diabetic patients were compared with that of healthy persons in the same 60～75 aged groups, it showed that for the non complicated diabetic patients the percentage of their Hcy level over 20 μmol/L (95% limit) was similar to healthy persons, but for patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension, coronary heart disease and stroke, about 20% patients whose Hcy level was higher than 20 μmol/L. Conclusion Determination of plasma Hcy in middle and old aged diabetic patients is helpful for their prognosis, and there is certain relationship between Hcy level and coronary heart disease.
