非洛地平缓释片对原发性高血压的降压疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:观察非洛地平缓释片对Ⅰ～Ⅱ级原发性高血压降压治疗的可靠性、安全性。方法:随机入选就诊的高血压患者60例,停其他降压药2周,测血、尿常规及生化指标,检查眼底、心电图、胸透以了解靶器官受累情况。晨起口服非洛地平缓释片5mg每日一次,共4周,分别记录用药前及用药后1、2、3、4周血压、心率,第4周复查实验室指标。结果:60例患者中显效、有效及总有效率分别为47例(78.33％),5例(8.34％)及52例(86.67％)。服药2周后血压已有显著下降,各时点血压与用药前相比均有下降,统计学具显著性差异(P<0.05)。服药4周后收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)分别下降(26.11±14.40)mmHg及(18.36±9.47)mmHg。心率治疗前后比较无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片对Ⅰ～Ⅱ级原发性高血压降压治疗安全有效。To study the effect and the safety of felodipine sustained-release coated tablet in class 1-2 primary hypertension therapy. Methods: Randomly selected patients with hypertension stopped taking other medication for two weeks, routine blood count, urine examination, biochemical tests, fundus-copy, electrocardiograms and chest X-rays were conducted in order to investigate the involved situation of target organs. Patients were treated with 5 mg of felodipine every morning for 4 weeks. Blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and after treatment each week. Laboratory parameters were measured in the 4th week. Results: The felodipine sustained-release coated tablet was effective for 47 cases (78.33%) and significantly effective for 5 cases (8.34 % ). Overall, the medication shows effect in 52 cases (86. 67 % ). BP values steadily decreased significantly (P<0.05) after the second week in every time point. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) values decreased by (26.11 ± 14. 40) mmHg and (18. 36±9. 47) mmHg, respectively. Heart rate had no apparent change. Conclusion: The felodipine sustained-release coated tablet is a safe and effective drug in primary hypertension therapy.
