摘　　要：目的介绍吻合血管的趾侧腹皮瓣修复指掌侧软组织缺损的方法。方法从1999年1月～2002年5月,采用了趾侧腹皮瓣移植修复11例手指掌侧软组织缺损,术后行系统的康复治疗。结果11例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访6～12月,修复指饱满,无臃肿,外形逼真,有指纹,色泽正常;伸屈功能良好,两点分辨觉6mm～8mm。结论趾侧腹皮瓣切取方便,血管蒂长,适用于修复手指掌侧软组织缺损。Objective To introduce a repairable method of soft tissue defect at palm.Methods Since1999 11patients were re paired by simepulp flaps transplantation.Comprehensive rehabilitation was done postoperatively.Results All transplanta tion flaps in11cases survived.Following-up from6-12months the appearance of finger had normal color and two point dis-crimination attened to6mm-8mm.The function of flexion and extension of the fingers were satisfactory.Conclusion The simepulp flap is easy to ampute and has long vascular pedicle and it is fit for repair of soft tissue defect at palm.
