单纯双侧指固有动脉节段性损伤的治疗

摘　　要：目的阐述单纯双侧指固有动脉节段性损伤的特点及处理。方法对1999年9月～2000年10月期间收治的11例13指单纯双侧指固有动脉节段性损伤进行归类及相应处理:开放性损伤11指,指固有动脉节段性损伤伴皮肤挫伤,行血管移植术或静脉皮瓣游离移植术修复;闭合性2指,指固有动脉节段性损伤,密切观察伤指血液循环,及时行血管移植术修复。结果13指血液循环恢复良好,均成活,功能评价优。结论单纯双侧指固有动脉节段性损伤应积极处理,常需行血管移植术,正确治疗能获得满意疗效。Objective To expatiate the characters and management of simple segmental injury in both of proper digital arteries.Methods Thirteen fingers damaged with segmental injury on both side of proper digital arteries of 11cases were clssified and managed All damaged fingers were repaired by vein transplantation and vein flap and via monitoring of blood circulation postoperatively.Results All fingers were survived and the function were all excellent .Conclusion The fingers damaged with segmental injury on both side of proper digital arteries should be treated by vein transplantation and have a good result.
