摘　　要：目的研究修复上肢神经缺损新的手术方法。方法应用植入自体雪旺氏细胞的胚胎神经复合型神经桥接体,修复上肢神经缺损46例(52条),术后1年进行神经功能评定。结果本组46例获随访40例,随访时间12～36个月,按Seddon的周围神经损伤术后恢复评定标准进行评定,优良率为69.57%。结论植入自体雪旺氏细胞的胚胎神经复合型神经桥接体移植,是一种修复上肢神经缺损的新方法,具有进一步深入研究和临床应用的前景。Objective To study a new operative method for repair upper limb nerve defect.Methods The compound nerve bridging was made by grafting autogenous schwann cells into fetus nerves.It was applied to repair defects of 52upper limb nerve in46patients.Evaluation of nerve function was performed one year after operation.Results Forty out of 46cases were followed up from12to36months.According to seddon's function assessment criterion for postoperative recovery of upper limb nerve the excellent rate was69.57%.Conclusion The compound nerve bridging made by grafting autogenous schwann cells into fetus nerve is a new methodfor repair upper limb nerve defect and would bring forth prospects of intensive study and clinical application.
