摘  要:通过对SrTiO3环形元件热处理前后三电极间电压的比较,利用晶界势垒模型和导电模型,讨论了正反电压差异的起因,并由此分析了热处理时晶界处电荷分布的变化及其对势垒高度的影响。结果是通过热处理可以使势垒高度变大,电压上升,三电极电压均匀性得到改善。By comparing the voltage measured in three three electrodes of the Round SrTiO3 Component before and after the heat treatment,we have found that the voltage uniformity is enhanced after heat treatment,With the grainboundry barrier model and the electric conduction model,we discuss the cause that results in the difference in voltage,and analyse the distribution change of the charge in the boundry and the influence on the barrier height during the heat treatment.The conclusion is that the barrier height become larger and the voltage become higher and more uniform.
