硬脂酸单分子膜诱导下草酸钙晶体的生长

摘  要: 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对比研究了硬脂酸(SA)单分子膜存在下的膜/液界面,无膜时的气/液界面以及在本体溶液中草酸钙晶体的生长规律.发现在没有单分子膜的气/液界面,草酸钙晶体呈无序生长,且与本体溶液中生长的草酸钙晶体具有相同的叉生晶型;而在有SA单分子膜存在下的膜/液界面,草酸钙晶体变为有序的孪生晶型;尿大分子硫酸软骨素A(C4S)抑制膜/液界面草酸钙晶体(101)晶面的二维生长,促使草酸钙形成薄片状晶体.Stearic acid monolayers were used as models to investigate the formation of the calculus crystallite at the cellular surface of urinary tract. The growth rules of calcium oxalate crystals at the interface of air-water, monolayer-water and in the bulk solution were compared by scanning electronic microscope (SEM). It was found that the growth of calcium oxalate crystals at air-water interface was irregular, but that at monolyer-water interface was well-regulated. And the crystals at the interface of air-water were fork-like, similar to that from the bulk solution. However, the crystals at monolyer-water interface were in twins. Chondroitin sulfate A(C4S) in urine inhibited the two-dimensional growth of (101)crystal face of calcium oxalate monohydrate(COM) crystals and made COM crystals thinner.
