摘　　要：中石化股份有限公司济南分公司混合床 -催化蒸馏甲基叔丁基醚装置原采用轻C4 作原料 ,1998年为了降低生产成本改用混合C4 作原料 ,由于混合C4 原料中杂质及C5含量高 ,出现催化剂失活较快及MTBE产品纯度下降等问题 ,通过分析和试验 ,采取反应器前增设净化器、调整催化蒸馏塔操作参数等措施 ,抑制了催化剂的失活和副反应的产生 ,生产出了合格的MTBE产品。In order to decrease production cost, mixed C 4 fraction was used in the mixed phase bed-catalytic distillation MTBE unit in SINOPEC Ji nan Company as feedstock in stead of light C 4 fraction in 1998. However, the high content of impurities and C 5 fraction in mixed C 4 fraction caused problems such as quick deactivation of catalyst and decreasing of the purity of MTBE products.After taking measures such as adding a purifier in front of the reactor, adjusting operating parameters of the catalytic distillation tower, etc., the deactivation of catalyst and side reactions were controlled, and qualified product MTBE is produced.
