摘　　要：如何培育石油多种经营企业的创新能力,已成为石油多种经营生存与发展的重要课题。文章从石油多种经营持续健康发展的角度,阐述了管理创新的原则、体系,剖析了内外环境对管理创新的影响,提出了技术创新的模式与运作方式,对处于激烈市场竞争条件下的多种经营企业在创新能力培养方面进行了有益的探索与研究。How to cultivate the innovation capability of multi-in-dustrial enterprises in oilfields is an important issue that determines the survival and development of these enterpris-es.This paper discusses the principle and system of man-agement innovation,analyzes the impacts of both internal and external environments on management innovation,and presents modes and operation methods of technical innova-tion.
