摘　　要：我国近岸的广阔海域均为 II 类水体，这也是我国海洋水色遥感的重点和难点。结合多年海上现场测量数据，对我国近岸 II 类海水光谱特性进行一定的分析，并对 II 类水体的光谱测量技术中的关键问题进行了讨论。：The inshore waters of our country, which are very important and difficult regions to ocean color remote sensing, belong to the case-II waters. On the bases of some data measured in situ for many years, the paper analysizes the spectral properties of case-II waters, and discusses the key problems on the spectral measuring technology in case-II waters.
