摘  要:海底活动性是港口开发和发展的重要决策依据,它与海域的地貌演化、底床稳定性和水质密切相关。根据海南岛博鳌港枯水期观测资料,对反映海底活动性两个主要指标(沉积物活动时间和输运强度)进行了分析。结果表明:枯水期,湾内的底部沉积物活动时间较短,输运强度较低,底床基本稳定;但在口门区域,因水流能量的汇聚作用,海底活动性较强。由于口门海区海底稳定性关系到整个玉带滩海岸大沙坝和博鳌港的岸线稳定,在博鳌生态环境建设和经济发展规划的决策中应特别重视口门区域的整治和保护,采用合理的工程措施来提高其稳定性,以确保博鳌地区开发和利用的可持续性。:Seabed mobility is closely related to coastal geomorphological evolution, seabed stability and water quality. Seabed mobility can be expressed by two quantitative parameters, i.e., surficial sediment mobile time and transport rate. Based upon an analysis of the data sets obtained from field observations and literature review, the mobile time and transport rate in the low river-flow seasons are calculated for the Boao Harbour. The results indicate that inside the embayment the sediment is almost immobile and the transport rate is very small, implying a high degree of stability of the seabed. However, at the entrance to the harbour the patterns are different with the seabed being unstable. A thorough evaluation of the seabed conditions during flood seasons depends upon further studies in the future.For the development of Boao Harbour,attention should be paid to scientific research and engineering measure to improve the stability conditions at the entrance.
