摘  要:本文研究了盐度、p H突变对中国对虾、南美白对虾免疫力的影响。结果表明 :盐度、p H突变对 2种养殖对虾抗菌活力、酚氧化酶活力的影响是显著的 (P<0 .0 5)。而盐度突变对溶菌活力的影响显著 (P<0 .0 5) ,对低 p H突变影响明显 (P<0 .0 5) ,对高 p H突变影响不明显。随着盐度突变值和向低 p H、高 p H突变梯度的增加 ,2种养殖对虾的抗菌活力逐渐减小 ,酚氧化酶活力逐渐增大 ,而溶菌活力则随着盐度突变值和向低 p H突变梯度的增加呈逐渐下降。在同一实验梯度中 ,中国对虾的抗菌活力和溶菌活力要比南美白对虾的低 ,而其酚氧化酶活力则比南美白对虾的高。The influence of sudden changes in salinity and pH on the immune activity of Fenneropenaeus chinensis and Litopenaeus vannamei are studied.The results show that the influence of sudden changes of salinity and pH on the antibacterial activity and phenoloxidase activity of two species of shrimps are very remarkable(P< 0.05).The influence of sudden changes of salinity on bacteriolytic activity is very remarkable too(P< 0.05),and that of sudden changes of low pH is distinct,but that of sudden changes of high pH is not distinct. With the increase of the change gradient of both salinity and pH, the antibacterial activity of the two species of shrimps decreases,the phenoloxidase activity increases,and the bacteriolytic activity decrease gradually. As time elapses the antibacterial activity of the two species of shrimps in the experimental group decreases, the phenoloxidase activity increases,and the immune indexes in the non-treatment experiment group are not respective.In the same expremental group,the antibacterial activity and bacteriolytic activity of Penaeus vannamei are higher than that of Penaeus chinensis, but the phenoloxidase activity of Penaeus vannamei is lower than that of Penaeus chinensis.
