摘　　要：利用外资是解决西部区域发展资金短缺问题的有效措施。分析了西部区域利用外资的现状,探究西部区域外资利用度偏低的原因,提出了充分利用西部的资源优势,借助外资促进西部区域发展的对策建议。To utilize foreign funds is one of the effective measures to solve the fund shortage in the development of the western region This paper studies the present situation in the western region and analyses the problems existing, points out the resource predominance in attracting foreign fund and proposes some effective measures
